Adidas is back at us with another color update of the newest adiPure model.

The German company has started off with a black base, and then have added infrared, which is like an red-orange, to the stripes, trim, and soleplate. Right away, I made the connection between this colorway, and a previous color scheme used on the adiPure III. Below, you can see the resemblance between the new colorway of 11 Pro, and the adiPure III.

Most of you will know that the adiPure is Adidas’ heritage boot, but the 11 Pro offers a much different feel than the past models. Instead of a classic kangaroo leather upper, Taurus calfskin leather is the primary upper material. The soleplate has been converted to Sprintframe like the adiZero and Predator series, and the boot is just entirely different from past models. So many changes have been made, that some may not even call it a heritage boot.
