We are sorry we haven’t posted anything in awhile, but we have just been really busy. But recently, I have received a new product called Premier Sock Tape.

I am sure many of you are familiar with players using electrical tape to hold shin guards in place, but most of you are not familiar with the fact that there are companies that manufacture specific tapes made for holding up socks and shin guards. Premier Sock Tape is an England based company that has created tapes meant specifically for soccer use.

The Premier Sock Tape (PST) is the top selling product, and as your muscles warm and expand, so does the tape. This allows consistent blood flow to the feet, and it allows for a comfortable fit around the leg. PST comes in 8 current colors: black, white, red, navy, yellow, orange, green, and royal blue. (pink and purple will be released in October 2012). Also, PST offers Shin Guard Retainer Tape (SGR) which is the exact same product as the original PST, except for that it is thicker. SGR comes in 4 different colors.

One last product that we have here, is the Goalkeeper Wrap. This is a very soft and flexible wrap that only sticks to itself, not your skin. I have actually tested this wrap out once, and it stays in place, and is also very comfortable.
