Once again, Pele has been making variations on their ultra lightweight release. This time around Pele has taken away the Symbioskin synthetic, and equipped the upper with TITAN kangaroo leather. The upper is all one piece and uses Siloxan water resistant technology to retain shape and give the highest touch possible. Other than the upper change, the boot is still the same.

The sole-plate still has the unique stud mapping system with the “tripod” design which trains muscles to ultimately enhance speed, stability, traction, and control. While this statement does seem somewhat a “gimmick”, it sure is one unique and clean looking sole-plate!

Overall, this seems like a very sleek design by Pele Sports with the black upper and red touch to the studs. It is good to see Pele following the market trends with releasing a leather version of their popular speed boot. The aspect that makes it even more appealing is the fact that it is full kangaroo leather and it weighs in at 6.5 ounces!
