Arriving today along with the Puma evoSPEED is the Nike Mercurial Vapor VIII in the secondary colorway of Sail/Soar/Challenge Red.

The Vapor VIII is Nike’s latest addition to one of the most successful boot line in the past decade. By using an ultra-thin Teijin microfiber upper and a minimalist outsole, Nike has been able to drop the weight down to 6.5 ounces, which is 1.5 oz. lighter than the past Vapor. Something also new to the Vapor VIII is the outsole design and stud configuration. Something unique about the studs, is the use of only 2 heel studs, rather than the usual 4.
